Rule 6-442. Proposal for distribution of property. |

(a) Proposal.- After the probable charges against the estate are known, the personal representative may serve a proposal for distribution of property on all persons who have a right to object to the proposed distribution. The proposal shall contain a summary of the assets and liabilities of the estate, a brief description of the property to be distributed and a statement of the proposed manner of its distribution, and a notice that failure to serve an objection within 30 days after service of the proposal constitutes a waiver of the right to do so. |

(b) Objection.- Any objection to the proposed distribution shall be in writing and shall be served on the personal representative within 30 days after service of the proposal. |
