Rule 7-106. Parties - Joinder and substitution.

(a)  Joinder not required.- An appeal may be filed with or without the assent or joinder of coplaintiffs, codefendants, or other parties. 

(b)  Substitution.- The proper person may be substituted for a party on appeal in accordance with Rule 2-241.
