(a)  In general.- The Interagency Committee shall meet at least quarterly. 

(b)  Executive meeting.- The chair shall designate at least one meeting each year as an executive meeting. 

(c)  Designees.- A member of the Interagency Committee may send a designee to represent the member at any meeting that is not an executive meeting.
