(a)  In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. 
 

This subsection is new language added as the standard introductory language to a definition section. 

(b)  Council.- "Council" means the Maryland Caregivers Support Coordinating Council. 
 

This subsection is new language added to avoid repetition of the full reference to the "Maryland Caregivers Support Coordinating Council". 

(c)  Department.- "Department" means the Department of Human Resources. 
 

This subsection is new language added to avoid repetition of the full reference to the "Department of Human Resources".
